ସୌର ଶକ୍ତି ବିକାଶକାରୀ ସଂସ୍ଥାମାନେ ଆବେଦନ ଫର୍ମ, ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ ଏବଂ ଦେୟ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ସମସ୍ତ ଆବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ସୂଚନା ହାସଲ କରିପାରିବେ, ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଅନୁମତି ଏବଂ ଆବେଦନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକରଣ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ପାଇଁ ଓଡିଶା ଅକ୍ଷୟ ଶକ୍ତି ନୀତି-୨୦୨୨ ଅଧୀନରେ Web-Portal ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଏକ ସମୟ ସୀମା ମଧ୍ୟରେ Online ରେ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ ।
ନୂତନ ବ୍ୟବହାରକାରୀମାନେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ଫର୍ମ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିବା email / ମୋବାଇଲ୍ ନମ୍ବରର OTP ଆଧାରିତ ଯାଞ୍ଚ ପୂରଣ କରି ନିଜକୁ ପଞ୍ଜିକରଣ କରିପାରିବେ । କୌଣସି ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ ଦେୟ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ନାହିଁ ।

ଅକ୍ଷୟ ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପଗୁଡିକ ଯାହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ STC / ନିଷ୍ପାଦନ ଚୁକ୍ତି / ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଂସ୍ଥା ସହିତ ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷରିତ ଚୁକ୍ତିନାମା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଛି, ତାହା ପୁଣି ଅନୁମୋଦନ ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ନାହିଁ | ତଥାପି, ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବରେ କୌଣସି ବିଚ୍ୟୁତି ଯଥା ଅବସ୍ଥାନ, ଶୁଳ୍କ, ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ କ୍ଷମତା ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ହେଲେ, ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଂସ୍ଥା (ଯାହାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଚୁକ୍ତିନାମା / ବୁଝାମଣାପତ୍ର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହୋଇଛି) ବିଚାରବିମର୍ଶ ପାଇଁ SWC ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବ ।

Developers intending to set up RE projects in the State are encouraged to apply on the RE web-portal with the State Nodal Agency GRIDCO under OREP 2022. Respective RE applications which requires approval of SWC/ SLSWCA/ HLCA as per provisions of OREP 2022 will be placed before the appropriate committee by the RE-SNA.
RE projects which are already sanctioned by earlier STC/ execution contract/ MoU signed with the State Agencies, need not to be applied for fresh approval. However, in case of any deviation to project proposal, e.g. location, tariff, project capacity etc. the respective State Agency (with whom contract/ MoU has been executed) will place the matter before SWC for deliberation.
